I have received an errror: ‘The requested action could not be performed because an invalid user name was provided (‘Aga Kaila ’)’ – what does this mean?

System will return this error when your LMS does not provide a valid user name.  

The SCORM standard requires that an LMS provides the user name in the following format: "Format: Last name, first name and middle initial.  Last name and surname are separated by a comma.  Spaces in the name must be honoured."

E.g. Kaila, Aga.
